Best aspects of our xmas stay were the amazing rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city and the pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The breakfast menu was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also key, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and soak in the atmosphere.
Worst aspects of our xmas stay were the uncomfortable room and the lack of assistance from the front desk. The room was extremely hot and the staff was unhelpful in addressing the issue.
